The object was made to participate in the exhibition Do Avesso, at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto, Portugal. It came up after I heard repeatedly that "Portugal discovered Brazil", ignoring any previous existence in the locality and maintaining today the vision of a "good colonizer", an idea that reverberated in the daily life of immigrants from countries that were colonized, being seen as inferior. This vision is full of many stereotypes marked by prejudice and racism that live in a very present way in the country.
